Mon, Dec 17 ~ I love watching Homer and his buddies play. They play their own variation on Red Rover by being in a circle. It’s bizarre to me, but seems a lot safer than the near arm-breaking version we played when I was a kid!

Catch the Moment 2018 ~ Week 50

Mon, Dec 10 ~ This is my first time ever painting wooden peg dolls! I did it from an image I saw online. But it turned out way better than I expected. I am so excited about it, and now I want to make a bunch more!! (This cute little pair also went off to my Secret Santa person in Norway!)

It was a really lovely week, overall! The sun came out a bit more, there was a party, there were some lovely surprises! Awesome stuff ~~

2018 Catch the Moment – Week 3

Hi! So this week, I completely forgot to do the prompt from Catch the Moment, which was: Cold. Oh well! But I did remember to use one of the themes from the weekly prompts over at the Recapture Self Village. The January prompts are Just for Me, At My Feet, My Day, and On My Lap. This week, I did: At My Feet, on Jan 18th.

015 | Mon, Jan 15 ~ I cleaned my desk! It’s coming together, slowly but surely. It really is an ongoing struggle. I’ve been reading Unf*ck Your Habitat and I feel like it’s actually helping. This was two 20/10s (20 mins cleaning / 10 min break). Just gotta keep working at it!

Hello! It’s a new week, with new photos! The theme this week for the Catch the Moment group is Goals/Wish for the Year, and for me, that’s my Jan 11 photo. I want to get much more fit than I currently am, and am paving the way for that now.
